Where We Fit in the Schedule

Usually after paint and before final trim, though it depends on the product and the job. Get us the program and we will tell you exactly where we need to be and how long we need.

We would rather turn down a date we cannot hit than take it and let you down. That is the whole relationship.

What We Handle

• Carpet and luxury vinyl plank throughout.
• Stairs, including wrapped and curved returns.
• Baseboard, quarter round, transitions and thresholds.
• Subfloor preparation and levelling.
• Reconciling floor heights between original structure and additions — the recurring problem on South Tampa and Hyde Park remodels.

Trade Terms

Trade pricing on repeat work, and we handle lien releases properly — see our Florida lien law notice. On jobs where a supplier is involved we will provide supplier releases alongside our own.

Renovation Work Specifically

Remodels are where flooring gets difficult: mismatched substrate heights, doors with no clearance, original hardwood in one half of the house and slab in the other. That is the work we are best at, and it is why we measure and assess rather than quoting from a plan.
