- Physically able to lift flooring material and spend the day on your knees and feet.
- Reliable transport to reach job sites around Tampa Bay.
- Right to work in the United States.
- No flooring experience necessary.

A Note on Learning the Trade
Flooring is one of the few trades you can still enter without a qualification and come out the other side with a skill that travels. The people who do well at it are not necessarily the strongest or the fastest — they are the ones who pay attention to how a seam is set and why a transition sits the way it does. That is exactly what it is for. How fast depends on you.
Do you hire people with no construction background at all?
Yes. Reliability is far harder to teach than flooring.
