The Problem With Showrooms

You stand under bright neutral lighting, on a small square of carpet, holding a sample against a wall that is not your wall, surrounded by a hundred other options. Then you take it home and it is a different color.

Almost everyone who has bought flooring has had this experience. It is not that the showroom deceived you — it is that color is contextual, and the context was wrong.

What We Do Instead

We load the samples into the truck and bring them to you. They go on your floor, in your light, next to your furniture and your wall color and your cabinets. You look at them in the morning and again at night.

If you want to live with them for a day or two, keep them. There is no charge and nobody is waiting for the samples back.

It Is Not a Compromise

People sometimes assume a mobile showroom means less choice. It is the opposite — we ask what you are after before we load, so what arrives is already filtered to things that suit your rooms, your budget and how the house gets used. You look at eight relevant options instead of a hundred irrelevant ones.

And if nothing in the truck is right, we go back and bring different ones.
