• Straight advice on what holds up to children, dogs and Florida humidity — including telling you when the cheaper option is genuinely fine.
• We move the furniture and haul the old flooring away.
• One firm price with the details other quotes leave out.
• You deal with the owner throughout, not a salesperson and then a stranger.

The Questions Worth Asking Yourself

Before you look at a single sample:

• Who uses this room, and how? A formal dining room and a family room with two dogs need different answers.
• How long are you staying? Five years and twenty years justify different spend.
• What annoyed you about the last floor? This is the most useful question and almost nobody asks it.
• Where does water actually get in? Sliders, back doors, laundry.

What We Will Talk You Out Of

We would rather lose a sale than fit the wrong floor. In practice that means we will argue against moisture-sensitive laminate on a ground floor near water, against the thinnest padding on a job you want to last, and against replacing a floor that still has years in it.

If your existing floor is fine, we will say so. There is no benefit to us in a customer who feels sold to.
