Who We Are

This policy explains what we do with personal information you give us through this website. It describes our actual practice — we have deliberately kept it short and specific rather than copying a generic template.

What We Collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. That is:

• Information you type into our estimate form — your name, phone number, optional email address, the city or area you are in, whether you are a homeowner, realtor, investor or property manager, the type of flooring you are interested in, and any details you write about your rooms.
• Whether you ticked the SMS consent box, so we know if you agreed to be texted.
• The page you submitted the form from, so we know which service or area you were reading about.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, bank details, card numbers or any government ID through this website. Please do not send them to us by email or through the form.

How We Use It

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry, arrange a sample visit and estimate, and carry out flooring work if you decide to go ahead. That includes calling you, emailing you, and — only if you ticked the consent box — texting you.

We may keep a record of completed jobs for warranty, tax and accounting purposes.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share it with lead-generation companies, marketing lists or data brokers.
• We do not send marketing emails or texts to people who have not asked for them.

Inquiries go directly to the business owner. That is the whole distribution list.

Who Else Sees It

Only the people who need to in order to do the work:

• Our own installers, who need the address and job details.
• Suppliers, where a special-order material has to be shipped. They receive delivery details only.
• Anyone we are legally required to disclose to, such as in response to a lawful request.

Cookies and Analytics

How Long We Keep It

Inquiries that do not turn into work are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Records of completed jobs are kept for as long as the warranty runs plus the period required for tax and accounting, then deleted.

Your Choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call (813) 598-2636 or email brandonfloors@gmail.com and we will deal with it.

To stop texts, reply STOP to any message from us. To stop calls, just tell us.

Florida residents, and residents of states with their own privacy statutes, may have additional rights. Contact us and we will honour any right that applies to you.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
