We are a residential-scale company and we are honest about that. Large-format commercial fit-outs are not our work. Light commercial where finish quality and scheduling matter is very much our work.
Specification Is Different
Commercial traffic is not residential traffic. The wear layer, the backing and the installation method all change:
- Commercial-grade wear layers rather than residential.
- Glue-down rather than floating in high-traffic runs, which handles rolling loads and heavy footfall far better.
- Slip resistance where it matters.
- Carpet tile where sections may need replacing individually.
Working Around You
Most commercial jobs cannot shut for a week. We schedule around opening hours — evenings, weekends, or section by section so part of the space stays usable throughout.

Downtown and Condo Buildings
Work in Downtown Tampa, Channel District and Harbour Island buildings brings its own requirements: acoustic underlayment ratings, permitted working hours, lift bookings and certificates of insurance. We handle all of it as standard — send us the building’s rules with your inquiry and they will be reflected in the quote.

Yes. Evening and weekend scheduling is normal for commercial jobs.
Can you phase the work so we stay open?
Usually yes — section by section is the standard approach.
Our building requires a certificate of insurance. What do you need from us?
Send us the building's requirements with your inquiry, before you commit to anything. Insurance and access requirements vary a lot between buildings and we would rather tell you up front what we can and cannot meet than find out on install day.
