Program Description
Floors Market / Carpet Brandon, FL sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have asked to be texted. Messages relate to your flooring inquiry: confirming a sample visit or estimate appointment, letting you know we are on the way, answering a question, and coordinating installation dates.
This is not a marketing blast list. We do not send promotional campaigns.
How You Opt In
You consent to receive texts from us by doing one of the following:
- Ticking the SMS consent box on our estimate form.
- Texting us first at (813) 598-2636.
- Telling us on the phone or in person that you would like us to text you, which we will note on your job.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can hire us and never receive a text.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your job. Most customers receive a handful of messages around the estimate and the installation date.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.
How to STOP
Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting that number. You will receive one confirmation message and then nothing further. You can also simply call and tell us to stop.

Opting out of texts does not cancel your job and does not stop us calling you about work in progress.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, particularly in areas with poor coverage.
