One Room, $350. Carpet, Pad and Labor Included.
A whole room done properly for one flat price. Not a “starting from” number that climbs once somebody measures — this is the price.
What’s Included
Everything needed to get one room finished:
- Carpet from our stock color range
- Padding underneath — proper padding, not the thinnest thing that passes
- Labor — fitted by us, not subcontracted
- Rip-out of the old carpet and tack strip
- Disposal — the old flooring leaves with us
One price, one crew, one day. Most rooms are done in a few hours.
The Terms, up Front
We would rather you know the limits now than feel caught out later:
- Up to 120 square feet — that is a 12×12 room. Larger rooms are quoted normally, and we will tell you the number before we start.
- Empty room — furniture needs to be out. If that is a problem, say so when you call and we will work something out.
- Stock colors — a good working range, but not the full special-order catalog.
- Local only — 21 areas from Brandon down to Sun City Center, listed below.
Stairs, subfloor repair, levelling and baseboard are not part of the $350. If your room needs any of it, we will show you why and what it costs before doing anything.

Common Questions
Is $350 really the total?
Yes, for a room up to 120 square feet in our five local areas, with the room empty and a stock color. Carpet, pad, labor, rip-out and disposal are all in it. There is no separate haul-away charge or trip fee.
What if my room is bigger than 120 square feet?
We measure and quote it normally. Plenty of rooms come in a little over and it is still a sensible price — we just will not pretend it is $350 when it is not.
Can I use my own carpet choice?
The $350 covers our stock range. If you want something outside it, we will bring samples and price it properly — you are not locked in.
Do I have to move the furniture?
For this price, yes — the room needs to be empty. On a normal quoted job we move furniture as part of the work.
Can I do more than one room at $350 each?
Call us. Multiple rooms in one visit is more efficient for us, so it usually prices better than the special repeated.
