How It Works
Volume pricing in flooring comes from three places, and we pass all three on:
- Material. Buying the same product repeatedly rather than a different one each time.
- Mobilisation. One trip serving several properties, or consecutive days in one area, costs less than scattered single jobs.
- Decision time. A settled portfolio spec removes the sample visit entirely from job two onwards.
The third is the biggest and the least obvious. Agreeing a standard spec once is worth more than haggling per job.
What We Will Not Do
We will not cut the specification to hit a number and let you find out in eighteen months. If a budget will not cover a floor that survives tenants, we will say so and suggest doing fewer properties properly rather than all of them badly.
