What the Day Looks Like
- Furniture out. We move it. You do not need to empty the house.
- Tear-out. Old flooring, padding and tack strip come up and go straight out.
- Preparation. The substrate gets checked and corrected — levelling, adhesive removal, squeak fixing.
- Installation. Laid, seamed and fitted.
- Trim. Baseboard, quarter round, transitions and thresholds.
- Clean and replace. Site cleaned, furniture back where it was.
A typical Florida downstairs is a single day. Whole homes are staged room by room so you always have somewhere to sleep.
Why We Do Not Subcontract
Most flooring companies sell the job and hand it to whichever crew is available. The customer meets a salesperson once and then a stranger arrives.
We install our own work. It is slower to scale and it is the entire reason we have 69 five-star reviews and not one below. When something needs to be done properly — a wrapped stair return, a transition between mismatched floor heights — there is nobody to blame and nobody to hide behind.
Living in the House While We Work
Most of our jobs are in occupied homes, and a large share are for older customers in Sun City Center, Kings Point and Zephyrhills. That shapes how we work: dust contained, a clear walking route kept open at all times, and each room finished before the next is started.

How long does a typical job take?
A downstairs is usually one day. A whole home is two to four depending on size and stairs.
Do I need to move my furniture?
No. We move it and put it back.
Do you work in occupied homes?
Almost always. We plan around you rather than expecting you to move out.
