Outside Sales Representative Realtor & Investor Accounts
Build and hold the trade accounts — realtors, investors, flippers and property managers — across Tampa Bay. A genuinely open field, because almost nobody in local flooring works these relationships properly.
The Role
This is a relationship job, not a cold-call job. Your market is the people who need flooring repeatedly rather than once a decade:
- Real estate agents preparing listings.
- Investors and flippers turning properties.
- Property managers and landlords handling tenant turnovers.
- Small builders and remodelling contractors.
You would be walking properties, quoting alongside the owner, attending local REI and brokerage events, and keeping accounts warm between jobs.
Why This Territory Is Open
Most flooring companies in Tampa Bay chase homeowner leads and treat trade work as overflow. The vocabulary those buyers actually search — turnaround time, per-property pricing, tenant-grade spec — barely appears anywhere in the local market. That is an unusually uncontested position for someone who knows how to work it.
We already serve all three audiences and have the reviews to open doors. What we do not have is someone whose full-time job is holding those relationships.
What We Need
- Outside sales experience, ideally in flooring, building products, home services or real estate.
- Comfortable walking a property and talking specification with a contractor or an investor.
- Self-directed. Nobody will be watching your calendar.
- Reliable transport, valid driver’s license, presentable.
- Existing relationships in Tampa Bay real estate or construction are a strong advantage.
