The Discount
$150 off any flooring job over $1,000. That is the whole offer — no percentages to work out, no small print, no minimum you have to hit twice over.
Eligible: active duty, veterans, retirees, National Guard and reserves, plus police, fire, EMS and 911 dispatch. Spouses too — on a PCS the spouse is usually the one organising the house.
Mention it when you call and bring ID to the estimate. It comes off the quoted price, so you see it on the number before you agree to anything.
Why We Bother
MacDill Air Force Base sits fifteen miles from our door and a substantial share of Tampa Bay households are connected to it. Those families deal with something most of our customers do not: a PCS timeline that does not move, in a housing market that does not care.
Flooring on a PCS is nearly always urgent and nearly always inconvenient. Being useful on a short timeline is worth more to a military family than a discount, though we do both.
PCS Timelines
Tell us your report date. If you are selling before a move, we will work back from your listing date. If you are arriving and the house needs floors before your household goods land, tell us that date and we will be straight about whether it is achievable.
We would rather decline a date than miss one, because on a PCS there is no slack in the schedule.
