How It Works
- Tell someone about us, or tell us about them.
- Make sure they mention your name when they call — that is the only step that actually matters.
- When their job is complete, we say thank you.
Why We Do This Instead of Advertising
We could spend the same money on ads. We would rather put it back to the people who already trust us, because a neighbour’s recommendation converts about ten times better than any advert we could buy — and because it keeps us honest. Nobody recommends a flooring company that let them down.
Neighbours Especially
If several homes on your street are due the same work — which happens constantly in communities built in one go, like Panther Trace, Waterset, Wesley Chapel’s Meadow Pointe or FishHawk — tell us. Consecutive jobs on one street cost us less to run and we price them accordingly. Everybody does better.
Agents, Investors and Managers
If you refer professionally rather than occasionally, look at trade pricing instead. A recurring referral relationship is worth structuring properly.
